Jit Saxena is a business-savvy entrepreneur, with an impressive portfolio of accomplishments, skills and experience. Under his leadership, Netezza grew and had a successful initial public offering.

Previously, Saxena was founder, chairman and CEO of Applix Inc., a leading provider of analytical CRM software that he took public in 1994. While at Applix, Saxena guided the company to a leadership position in the CRM market and achieved an eight-fold increase in market value subsequent to the IPO. Through his vision, the company was continually an innovator in new high growth markets.

John Landry

Founder, Lead Dog Ventures

John is a 30-year software veteran and innovator. He currently is the Founder and Managing Director of Lead Dog Ventures (LDV), a disruptive new-age business accelerator, providing emerging technology enterprises access to a well-developed network of intellectual, relationship and financial capital. Landry is directly involved in many of Lead Dog’s investments, either as director or chairman of the board.

Ken Rugg

Ken is a founder and the chief executive officer of ParElastic, and brings with him a wealth of technical and operational experience. He was the senior vice president and business unit general manager at Progress Software (NASDAQ:PRGS) and a member of the Progress Executive Team. During his time with Progress, he was responsible for leading a combination of sales, services, marketing, product strategy and development for many of Progress’ enterprise software products.

Amrith is a founder and the chief technology officer of ParElastic. He brings over two decades of experience delivering industry- leading products for companies specializing in enterprise storage applications, fault tolerant high performance systems and massively parallel databases.
