While at Applix, Saxena guided the company to a leadership position in the CRM market and achieved an eight-fold increase in market value subsequent to the IPO. Through his vision, the company was continually an innovator in new high growth markets.
Founder, Lead Dog Ventures
John is a 30-year software veteran and innovator. He currently is the Founder and Managing Director of Lead Dog Ventures (LDV), a disruptive new-age business accelerator, providing emerging technology enterprises access to a well-developed network of intellectual, relationship and financial capital. Landry is directly involved in many of Lead Dog’s investments, either as director or chairman of the board.

He was the senior vice president and business unit general manager at Progress Software (NASDAQ:PRGS) and a member of the Progress Executive Team.
